About plans and billing.
How is the price worked out?
Each plan has a monthly price per factory or kitchen and a monthly price per outlet. Add them up for your business. A Big Bag with 1 kitchen and 6 outlets is $79 + 6 x $29 = $253 a month.
What does the free trial include?
30 days with 1 factory and up to 3 outlets, with the modules of the plan you pick. Your login details are sent to your email after signup.
Can we change bags later?
Yes. Move up when you open more outlets or add a factory, and the new price applies from the next billing month.
Is there a setup fee?
Data import of items, opening stock and Tally ledgers is included. On-site hardware setup at outlets can be quoted separately if you need it.
Do counter devices cost extra?
No per-device fee. Each outlet price covers its billing counters. You use your own PCs, tablets, printers and scales.
