Workshop at the back.

Most shop software ends at the counter, and most factory software never reaches it. Siapmart is built for the owner who runs both: one kitchen or workshop, and anywhere from one to dozens of outlets selling what it makes.

AI Make-or-Sell Planner

Every number in the plan comes with its reason.

The planner does not guess from thin air. It works from your own bills, your own stock and your own calendar, and shows its working, so the owner can agree, change a number or say no.

How the planner works

Sales by outlet

Each outlet's last weeks of bills, item by item, with the same weekday weighed higher.

Festivals and days

Diwali, Lohri, Rakhi, wedding season, Sundays and school holidays, set for your region.

Weather

Cooler days lift hot sweets and rusk; hot days lift kulfi, lassi and cold drinks.

Stock on hand

What is already at each outlet and in the store room, and what is on order from suppliers.

Moving in

Bring your registers. Keep your item codes.

Most of our customers arrive with an old billing program at the counters, Tally in the office and the recipes in a notebook. Setup moves all three into one place.

  1. 01

    Items and opening stock

Import your item list, barcodes, prices and opening stock per outlet from Excel.

  2. 02

    Ledgers from Tally

Bring ledgers, opening balances, customers and suppliers across from Tally.

  3. 03

    Counters and printers

Connect thermal printers, barcode scanners, label printers and weighing scales.

  4. 04

    Staff and roles

Counter staff bill, supervisors approve returns, the owner sees everything.

The owner approves

AI plans are suggestions with reasons. Owners and production heads approve every plan and purchase.

Your data, your numbers

Plans and costs use only your business's own data, so they are as accurate as the stock and recipes you enter.

Customers asked first

Loyalty phone numbers are collected with consent. All data is encrypted and never sold.

Questions

Asked at the counter, answered here.

Something else on your mind? Connect with sales and tell us what you make.

Is this for shops only, or factories only?

Both, in one system. The same item, recipe and stock record is used by the kitchen or factory that makes it and by the outlets that sell it, so nobody keeps a second register.

Does billing work offline?

Yes. The Store POS keeps billing when the internet drops, stores bills on the counter device and syncs them to the central stock and accounts as soon as the line is back.

Can it handle weighing scales and loose sweets?

Yes. Connect a weighing scale at the counter, or use barcode labels printed by a label scale. Loose items can be billed by kg, grams or pieces, with the rate taken from the item master.

Does it support garment sizes and colours?

Yes. One style can carry a size and colour grid, each with its own barcode, stock and price, and production orders can be raised for the full grid at once.

Does the AI start production by itself?

No. The AI Make-or-Sell Planner only suggests what to make, what to send and what to buy, with the reasons behind each line. The owner or production head approves every plan and purchase order.

Can we move from Tally and our old POS?

Yes. Items, opening stock, customers and suppliers can be imported from Excel sheets, and ledgers and opening balances can be brought across from Tally. Our team helps map your item codes during setup.

How long does setup take?

It depends mostly on how ready your item list and recipes are. A business with one kitchen and up to three outlets can usually start billing during the first week of the trial, then add recipes and production planning after.

Sunday, 5:00 am

Shelves full before the shutter goes up.

Load your items, recipes and outlets tonight. Tomorrow the kitchen gets its sheet, the van gets its crates and every counter opens with the right stock. Your first 30 days are on us.
